Dear Cochrane-Fountain City School District Families,
We are excited to share that for the first time in school history, our football team has earned a place in the State Football Championship. 🏈 To allow all students, staff, families, and community members the opportunity to be part of this incredible moment, there will be no school on Thursday, November 20, 2025.
We encourage everyone to show their Pirate pride and support our players and coaches as they take the field for this milestone event. This achievement reflects the hard work, dedication, and perseverance of our team, coaches, players, and their families. We also want to recognize and thank the fans who have continued to cheer, travel, and show unwavering support throughout this memorable state tournament run. Your encouragement has helped make this journey unforgettable.
Additional information regarding ticket sales, fan buses, pep assembly, and possible parade out of town will be shared in upcoming emails from our Athletic Director and High School Principal. Please watch for those details as we coordinate opportunities for our community to participate in this special week.
