Each family in the district with school-age children received a free and reduced-price meal application in the mail. Applications are also available at the school office or by contacting the foodservice department. Please complete the application and send it to school.
For your application to be considered, you must complete these four steps on the application:
- Step 1. List all infants, children and students up to and including grade 12 who are household members.
- Step 2. If you receive assistance from any program, check yes. If you check yes, you must submit a case number in the box below.
- Step 3. List all household members and any income. Fill out G. total household members. Fill out H. the last four digits of the signer's social security number.
- Step 4. Include printed name, address, phone, and email. Please be sure to sign the application.
If anything is missing of these four steps, your application will be considered invalid and your benefits will not change.
Your benefits from the 2022-2023 school year carry over until October 10, 2023 or until you submit a new application.
You may reapply at any time by calling the Food Service office or submitting a new application.
- All submitted information is totally confidential.
- If you qualify for free or reduced-price meals, there are many benefits for you, your children and the school! Families who qualify for free or reduced-price meals may have the behind-the-wheel drivers training fee waived, a $275 savings!
- The federal and state government also uses total participant numbers in the free and reduced lunch program when they award funding. This means our school gets more money in aid for every student who is enrolled in the free and reduced-price meal program.
